AI For Your Business.
Most small businesses do not need an AI strategy. They need three or four boring tasks done automatically, every day, without mistakes. That is what we build, and we will tell you plainly when AI is the wrong tool.
Where AI Actually Pays
We start with the hours your team loses every week, then automate the ones a machine can genuinely do. No rebuilding how you work, and no replacing your people.
Email and Quote Drafting
Turn a two line note into a finished quote, a follow up, or a customer reply in your own wording. You still approve everything before it sends.
Paperwork and Data Entry
Invoices, receipts, work orders, and intake forms read automatically and dropped into your accounting or CRM, instead of being retyped by hand.
Missed Call and After Hours Reply
Every missed call gets an instant text back that asks the right questions, so the lead is still warm when you open in the morning.
Microsoft 365 Copilot Setup
If you already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, you may own AI tools you have never switched on. We configure them and train your team to use them properly.
Reports That Write Themselves
Weekly numbers pulled from the systems you already use, summarized in plain English, and emailed to you every Monday without anyone building a spreadsheet.
AI Policy and Data Protection
Staff are already pasting company information into free AI tools. We set rules, pick tools that do not train on your data, and close that hole before it costs you.
How We Work
We Start With Your Week, Not The Tools
First we sit down and find where the hours actually go. Usually it is quoting, chasing paperwork, answering the same five questions, and retyping information that already exists somewhere else. Then we work out which of those a machine can do reliably, and which ones still need a person. If AI is not the answer, we say so. Sometimes the fix is a better form or a shared calendar, and that costs you far less.
📍 Who This Suits
Contractors, law firms, dental and medical offices, restaurants, salons and studios, accounting and insurance offices. Anywhere a small team is doing work that repeats every single day.
The Think Tech Standard
- Your Data Stays Yours
We use tools that do not train on your business information, and we configure them so your files never leave where they should be. - A Human Approves The Output
Nothing goes to a customer unchecked. AI drafts, your team approves, and you keep your reputation. - One Thing At A Time
We automate a single task, prove it saves real hours, and only then move to the next. No six month project. - You Can Run It Without Us
We document what we build and train your staff on it. You are not locked into a consultant forever.
AI Questions, Answered.
The honest answers we give every business owner who asks about this.
Will AI replace my employees?
No, and anyone promising that is selling you something. What it replaces is the repetitive part of their day: retyping invoices, drafting the same email for the hundredth time, chasing paperwork. Your people then spend that time on customers. Most small teams here are already short staffed, so this is about getting the work done, not cutting jobs.
How much does this cost?
The first conversation and the review of where AI would help are free. After that our hourly work runs $100 to $175 per hour, and most first automations are a small fixed project rather than an open ended bill. If you want it monitored and improved over time, that folds into a managed plan that stays month to month with no long contract.
Is my business data safe with AI tools?
It depends entirely on which tool you use. Free consumer chatbots may use what you paste into them. Business tiers of the same products generally do not. The bigger risk right now is that your staff are already using free tools with company information and nobody has told them not to. We set a clear policy, pick tools that keep your data out of training, and close that gap.
My business is small. Is this worth it for me?
Small businesses often get more out of it than big ones, because there is no IT department absorbing the busywork. If one person loses five hours a week to quoting and paperwork, that is roughly a full working month every year. Automating even half of that pays for itself quickly.
How long before it is actually running?
A single automation, such as missed call text back or automatic quote drafting, is usually live within a week or two. We deliberately start with one task so you can judge the result before spending more. Bigger projects that touch your accounting or job management systems take longer, and we will give you a real timeline before you commit.
Do I need to buy new software?
Often not. A lot of businesses already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and have AI features sitting switched off. We check what you own first. If something new is genuinely needed we will tell you what it costs per month before you buy it.
