Office. Trailer. Job Site.

Construction IT Support Central Florida.

Managed IT for contractors, builders, and trade companies across Central Florida. Job site internet that holds up, one home for plans and bids, payroll that opens at 6:30 AM, and a tech who understands the crew is standing in the dirt with one bar of signal.

What A Contractor Needs Handled

Your crews work out of trucks, trailers, and half-finished buildings. Tech help built around a tidy desk falls apart in that world. The measure of good support here is simple: how fast does work start moving again?

📶

Job Site Internet

Cellular gateways with external antennas, temporary business lines, and access points placed so the signal covers the pad instead of dying at the trailer door. Planned before mobilization.

📐

One Home For Plans & Bids

Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, SharePoint, or a properly set up shared drive, so the crew builds from revision 6, not the revision 3 somebody emailed.

📱

Field Devices That Survive

Tablets and phones for superintendents set up with company accounts, mobile device management, and remote wipe, so a lost tablet is not a lost bid package.

💰

Estimating & Accounting Machines

QuickBooks, Sage, Foundation, and estimating software on fast, backed-up workstations, with the payroll file opening every time checks go out.

📧

Invoice & Wire Fraud Defense

Contractors are the top target for fake invoice and changed-bank-details scams. Email filtering, spoof protection, and a payment verification habit that stops them.

👥

Crews & Subs On And Off

New hires get email and file access on day one. Subs get exactly the project folders they need. Departures lose access the same day, not the shared password everybody still knows.

Built For The Field

How We Work With Contractors

We start where the money and the risk actually are: the front office that is halfway organized and the field side running on personal phones and texted photos. We fix version chaos first, then connectivity, then the security gaps, and stay on as your IT department on a flat monthly plan that scales with headcount.

🚧 Who We Serve:

General contractors, home builders, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, land clearing, and specialty trades across Orlando, Lake County, and Seminole County.

The Think Tech Standard

  • 6:30 AM Counts
If the office manager cannot open payroll the morning checks go out, that is our emergency too.
  • Connectivity Before Mobilization
The trailer has working internet before the crew shows up, not two weeks of coffee-shop uploads later.
  • Built For Dirt And Heat
Equipment picked and placed for trailers and trucks, not a climate-controlled server closet.
FREQUENTLY ASKED

Contractor IT Questions.

What owners and office managers ask first.

Can you get internet to a job site trailer?

Yes. Depending on the site we use a cellular gateway with an external antenna, a temporary business line where service exists, or a properly placed access point, and we set it up before the crew mobilizes.

Do you support Procore, Buildertrend, and QuickBooks?

Yes. We handle the machines, accounts, network, and file structure around them, and we work the vendor when the problem is inside their platform.

Our crews use personal phones. Is that a problem?

It is manageable. We set up company accounts and a lightweight device policy so work photos, plans, and email live in company-controlled apps that can be cut off when someone leaves, without touching their personal data.

How do we stop fake invoice scams?

Email filtering and spoof protection catch most of them, and a simple rule catches the rest: any change to a vendor’s bank details is confirmed by phone at a number you already had on file, never from the email.

How is contractor IT support priced?

Flat monthly per user in the same $100 to $200 range as our other managed plans, with job site connectivity quoted as a fixed project per site. Hourly support is available for small crews on current equipment.

Do you come to the job site?

Yes. Trailers, model homes, and active sites across Orlando, Lake County, and Seminole County. Most software issues are fixed remotely on the superintendent’s tablet in minutes.

Keep The Crews Moving

Tell us how many people you have in the office and in the field. You will get a written plan and a flat monthly number, usually the same day.
