My account got hacked. Can you help?
Yes. We work the platform recovery process with you, lock down every connected account and device, and set up hardware-key two-factor and a password manager so it does not happen twice.
How should I store years of footage?
A fast local array for current projects, an automatic off-site copy for everything, and a naming system so you can find clips. We size it to your shooting volume and set it up so the backup happens without you touching it.
Can you build me a membership or subscription site?
Yes. Gated content, tiers, recurring billing, community, and your own branding on your own domain. We build, host, and maintain them, and we run one ourselves.
Why does my stream keep dropping?
Usually Wi-Fi, upload bandwidth, or encoder settings. We run a wired line to the desk, check the real upload speed, tune the encoder, and add a cellular backup if the connection is the weak link.
Do you work remotely with creators outside Central Florida?
Yes. Account security, editing rig tuning, platform builds, and most studio troubleshooting are done remotely anywhere in the country. On-site studio builds are Central Florida.
How is creator support priced?
Studio setups, rigs, and platform builds are fixed-price projects. Ongoing help is hourly from $100 per hour, and most remote fixes take a single hour.
