Quick Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you reach out, here are the questions we get most often. If yours isn’t here, ask us in the form above, we usually reply the same business day.

How do I request a quote?

Use the contact form above and tell us what you are working on. We will follow up to scope it out, and you will have a written quote before any work begins.

What hours are you available?

Our standard business hours are weekdays, but managed-service clients get 24/7 on-call coverage for production-critical issues. Emergencies do not wait for Monday morning.

Where is Think Tech Support based?

We are based in Astatula, Florida, in Lake County. We provide on-site service across Lake, Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Volusia counties, and remote support nationwide.

Do you serve residential clients, or just businesses?

Both. We support everything from a homeowner needing better WiFi to a multi-location business that needs full managed IT. The approach scales, the standards do not.

Why do you not list prices on your site?

Because honest prices depend on scope. A “small website” can be 5 pages or 50, with or without ecommerce, with or without integrations. We give every client a written quote based on what they actually need, not a one-size-fits-all sticker.

Do you require a contract?

Only for managed-service plans, which are month-to-month with a written service agreement. Project work is governed by a written scope of work, no long-term commitment.
