I have been a “super nerd” for as long as I can remember. It all started when my grandmother gave me my first computer, an Apple II. While other kids were outside, I was obsessed with understanding how that machine worked. That childhood curiosity grew into a lifelong passion for technical infrastructure and problem solving.
Originally from Atlanta and now calling Orlando home, I have spent decades working where hardware, software, and creative technology meet. Networks, servers, cloud platforms, smart homes, websites, and custom apps all run on the same principle: understand the system, then make it reliable.
Think Tech Support is the result. One local team, one phone number, and a real person who already knows your setup when you call.
