On-Demand Support

Need help right now and nothing else? Pay-as-you-go troubleshooting, quick fixes, and one-off consults. No retainer, no minimums, just call when something breaks or you need a second set of eyes.

Best for: Residential clients, small offices, and anyone with a one-time issue to resolve fast.

How A Typical Engagement Flows.

1. Discovery Call
A short conversation about what you are trying to accomplish, what is in your way, and what success looks like for you.
2. Written Scope & Quote
You receive a plain-English scope, a fixed quote, and a realistic timeline before any work begins or any money changes hands.
3. Build & Updates
We do the work with regular check-ins, sample reviews, and a single point of contact so nothing happens behind your back.
4. Launch & Handoff
We deliver the finished work, walk you through it, and give you everything you need to own it outright.
5. Optional Care Plan
If you want us to keep things tuned, monitored, and updated, we can roll into a monthly plan. Totally optional.
6. Same Person Every Time
You are not getting passed to a call center. The person who scoped the work is the person doing it and supporting it.
