The Challenge
Body jewelry is a nightmare catalog. Every piece comes in multiple gauges, lengths, materials, and finishes, which means one product can carry dozens of real variations. Building 1,600 of those by hand is not realistic.
Worse, one supplier kept its real option data inside its own app rather than in the product feed, so a straight import produced products that looked complete but were missing the choices customers actually needed.
Our Approach
We built an import pipeline that pulls supplier catalogs into WooCommerce with images, pricing, and categories intact, so new inventory does not mean new manual work.
For the supplier with hidden options, we went further: we captured the real option data and rebuilt it as a custom add-on that restored full product choices across hundreds of listings. Then we layered on filtering, fast search, and email marketing.
